Aloha Friday #6

I love participating in Aloha Friday. All you need to do is ask a simple question for others to answer and link up to An Island Life using Mister Linky. Of course there will be many other blogs linked up at Aloha Friday for you to visit.
It is a great way to get to know each other and get some new visitors to your blog! Hope to see you there.

This weeks question
What is your tip for traveling with a toddler?

I have no idea Monday will be my first big trip since Brea was 9 months. Something tells me this time it will be a bit more difficult! I am grateful for any and all tips!

Ok if she likes tv a DVD player. My grandson is 20 months old and they just went on a 7 hour trip. He loved it. If not then I would get a couple of toys. Just some of her favorite things. Sorry if I'm not all that helpful. lol

Carry a bag for the car/plane/train w/ just about mini's of everything in their suitcase. I also always have lots of different types of snacks( to stop whining, crying snacks, keep busy snacks and just woke up snacks) I like to have at leat 3-5 favorite toys and if possible some music they can listen too (calm and fun) hope that helps a little. God speed!!!

It's been quite awhile but in general take things that are comforting & familiar as well as things that are new. Also make sure to have plenty of snacks. I wish you all the best on this fun adventure!
