I try to post at least once a day although sometimes I fail. I try to check out my commenters blogs and have done fairly well with that. Although I have a little catching up to do. I try to read the blogs that I follow daily and I am doing well with that. I also try to visit some communities regularly such as extraordinary mothers. I try to get on twitter often although I am slacking a little there! I just started joining other sites to promote my blog such as entrecard. I will continue to try to do all of these things!
Most important I spend a lot of quality time with my daughter! As a single mom I am her primary caregiver and I love our time together. This is the one thing that I can not and will not slack on! She is the most important person in my life.
Oh and lets not forget work. I work full time as a registered nurse at a children's psychiatric hospital. This is another must. I have to put food on the table and a roof over our heads. Not to mention the toys and such! Oh yes and I actually really enjoy working with kids too!
So what have I been slacking on the most you say. Well that is easy! My house is a complete disaster although I am working on it bit by bit!
My question to you. . . How do you keep up with all of these things. Any tips and ideas would be appreciated!

That's a good question.. and one I don't have the answer too.
I just set aside time, the same time every week, to do house work. UGH I hate it!
It's so hard I try to comment back to at least let everyone know I read their comments. I LOVE my readers and appriciate anyone taking the time to comment. Hey that's how I meet fabulous women. Like you!
I would like to say I keep up, but I don't and I am pretty sure I can't. I just do what I can. And that's all I can do.
I have no idea how I get everything done. To be honest, I neglect myself sometimes to get everything done. I will lose sleep to reply to comments, and on WW days I lose a lot of sleep making all of my WW rounds. So, I have no good advice. I get around 4 hours of sleep on average and still go to bed thinking about my next days to do list.
You know what is right for you. Do what you can, limit your time accordingly. Have fun, and enjoy meeting people.
